Franklin High (Reisterstown, Md.) receiver Ian Thomas announced on signing day he was heading to Rutgers despite a last-minute coaching change. He was recruited to fit into the role previously occupied by Mohammed Sanu, and his coach spoke to Scout.com about what the Scarlet Knights are getting.
