We'll have our usual matchups and predictions later in the week, but the interesting matchup the last several years in Bedlam has been the Oklahoma defense and the Oklahoma State offense. That matchup is again very intriging. This season Oklahoma State has had to dial up changes in its offense week to week while Oklahoma has been using a different personnel solution to Big 12 offenses.
Oklahoma State's Jeremy Smith and Joseph Randle both rushed for more than 100 yards in last year's 44-10 victory over Oklahoma. Will the Cowboys try to run it right at the Sooners on Saturday? Are the Cowboys looking forward to playing in Norman for the first time in three years? Are they surprise by the play of Clint Chelf? Those are just a few of the questions that Smith...
Oklahoma State kicking specialist Quinn Sharp is one of the best in all of college football. But he'll be kicking off the grass on Saturday at OU's Memorial Stadium instead of Field Turf. Will it make a difference? Can OSU's special teams come up with the big plays against the Sooners like they have in recent weeks? Sharp offers his insight in this video.

Oklahoma's defense is allowing more than 185 rushing yards per game (87th in the nation). Taylor shares his thoughts on the Sooners and his final Bedlam game in this GoPokes TV interview.
Former Oklahoma State standout defensive end Richetti Jones is still on a high from the Cowboys beat down of the OU Sooners a year ago en route to capturing the Big 12 title. Jones envisions the 22nd-ranked Cowboys making it two in a row Saturday when they travel to Norman to face the 14th-ranked Sooners.

The deal also includes participation by Learfield Sports, the exclusive multimedia rights holder for OSU Athletics. From Fox Sports PR: The multi-year agreement provides for one football game to
Oklahoma State hasn't won a Bedlam game in Norman since 2001. The Cowboys have allowed 52, 42, 49 and 27 points in four straight losses to the Sooners on their home field. That's why Robert Allen believes the play of defensive tackles Calvin Barnett and James Castleman, linebackers Alex Elkins and Shaun Lewis, and cornerbacks Brodrick Brown and Justin Gilbert will be important Saturday.
Every time Oklahoma State is in this situation, I ask myself, 'Can we really be back at Bedlam football again and did I use the last year as much as I would like to stick it to my friends (of which there are few) that are Sooner fans?' The concern is to enjoy it while you can because it won't last long. That said, I like the chances for bragging rights for the next year...
