There was not much expected of the Indianapolis Colts last season. When first year head coach Chuck Pagano was diagnosed with cancer no one would have blamed the team if it had just tried to finish the year. Instead, the Colts rallied around their coach, proved the doubters wrong, and made the post season.
So much for a rebuilding year, right?
It will be next to impossible to know just how much the team did rally around their head coach and the #CHUCKSTRONG mantra, but for all intents and purposes the team did appear to really get it together once they received the bad news. Was it just coincidence? Was it the adversity and personal struggle of their coach that brought them together so quick?
We will never know for sure, but we do one thing--last season the team was definitely #CHUCKSTRONG.
So what do you do for an encore?
Pagano is back; he returned right at the end of last season. His cancer is in remission, and for all intents and purposes is just fine.
So does the same mantra still work? It could...but not really....

According to Mike Florio of Profootballtalk.com, former New York Giants running back Ahmad Bradshaw has agreed to a one year deal with the Indianapolis Colts.
