So this yearbook picture of Danica Patrick popped up all around the internet today and my immediate reaction was she looked like someone I've seen on TV before. I did a couple searches of the first two people I thought of and basically she looks exactly like DJ Tanner from Full House and Kelly Kapowski from Saved By the Bell morphed together into one. Boom goes the dynamite.
BEST OF MAXIM
You gotta love being positive. Optimism is abound at the #10 hauler, as Danica Patrick keeps a good attitdue following her disappointing wreck at lap 2 Monday night at Daytona.Danica Patrick hoped for a better run at Daytona. “Any lap that I turn is progression, that’s for sure,” Patrick said. “That’s why I was so proud of everyone working so hard. They were working hard...
You can just feel this guys steam venting through the computer screen as he's hating on Danica. Maybe he's just pissed that Veronica Corningstone got the Jeremy Lin story...just kidding guys, just kidding. He mentions that Danica always has "chip on her shoulder" and even calls her the "b-word" because Danica got snippy when someone called her sexy. Hey...
A sports anchor in San Diego will have some extra time to think about his next story after being suspended one week for comments made on the air about NASCAR driver Danica Patrick.
KSWB-TV anchor Ross Shimabuku landed in hot water with station executives after saying he would describe the female racing star with a word that "starts with a B and it's not beautiful."...
Fox 5 San Diego sports anchor Ross Shimabuku isn't a Danica Patrick fan he made that abundantly clear last week before Patrick's Sprint Cup debut at the Daytona 500. In a pre-race interview, Danica questioned why the media can't find another word to describe female athletes besides "sexy". Shimabuku was quick to come up with one when the camera flipped back...
Danica Patrick got caught in an accident just two laps into her Daytona 500 debut. She eventually got back in the race and made it to the finish, but it was a rough end to a disappointing Daytona Speedweeks for NASCAR's newest star.
SAN DIEGO (AP) A San Diego TV sports anchor has been suspended for implying a sexist slur when talking about race car driver Danica Patrick.
Five-time NASCAR champion Jimmie Johnson, former IndyCar driver Danica Patrick and defending race champion Trevor Bayne have been involved in a wreck on the second lap of the Daytona 500.
Elliott Sadler nudged Johnson from behind, turning his No. 48 Chevrolet into the wall and collecting several other cars. David Ragan slammed hard into Johnson's spinning car.
Johnson is done...
Crash. Fireball. Boom.
If the wreck on the second lap of the Daytona 500 involving Jimmie Johnson, Danica Patrick and Trevor Bayne wasn’t spectacular enough for you, then surely the giant fireball that erupted on lap 160 after Juan Pablo Montoya ran his car into a jet dryer used to blow debris off the track was enough to satisfy your lust for vehicular carnage.
A 30-hour rain delay? A second-lap crash that collected Danica Patrick, Jimmie Johnson and Trevor Bayne? C'mon, a jet-fuel fire? Another Daytona 500, another 500 to remember.
