Daniel Cormier made it clear after his win over Dion Staring Saturday night that he is coming for Jon Jones.
Cormier beat Staring in Oklahoma City by second-round TKO, absolutely demolishing his opponent with an array of punches. The fight was part of Strikeforce’s final card as the promotion plans to close operations.

“Right now I’m telling you: April 20 on FOX — I signed my UFC contract — Frank Mir, you and me, let’s do it.”
When asked whether he would drop from heavyweight to light heavyweight to face Jones, he seemed game.
“I’m going to let Jon defend his belt April 27 and then I’m going to kick his ass in the fall,” said Cormier.
Cormier currently fights as a heavyweight, so he would likely have to cut somewhere between 20-30 pounds to prepare for Jones. Or, he could wait and see if Jones comes up in weight, which is something the...

Daniel Cormier easily disposed of Dion Staring in Strikeforce's final card. He called out Jon Jones and Frank Mir after his fight.

Even a victory by Daniel Cormier in the final Strikeforce card on Saturday won't be the heavyweight's most memorable moment in the soon-to-be-shuttered MMA league.
Cormier told FOXSports.com he'd still recall his rookie outing more vividly.
"It may not have been my greatest moment, but it was my first," said Cormier, who is slated to face relative unknown...

Saturday night would be the final time we would see fighters don those famous red and blue Strikeforce 8 oz. gloves. Oklahoma City, not San Jose where the company was based and saw most of it's memorable moments, would be the setting for the final show in Strikeforce history.
While the promotion didn't exactly go out with a bang, it was a very stellar card from top to bottom...
Does it get better then Steven Seagal advice? Seagal should get an Oscar for his performances around MMA.
