Last season, Blaney piloted the No. 36 Chevrolet from the 33rd starting position. He drove up to the 19th position before finishing in 31st place.
BLANEY AT INDIANAPOLIS – Blaney competed in 13 events at the 2.5-mile track. In his 13 starts, he collected one top-10 and has an average finish of 28.6. He tallied his best finish of ninth with TBR owner Tommy Baldwin calling the shots of the No. 22 Bill Davis Racing entry.
BLANEY Q&A AT THE SPRINT EXPERIENCE – Blaney will join his son Ryan at the Sprint Experience in the display area in the infield near the Hall of Fame on Sunday, July 29 for a question and answer session with Miss Sprint Cup at 10:20 a.m.

Dave Blaney Indianapolis: “Indy is the coolest, fastest track we run on all year. It has so much history not just with NASCAR but all of motorsports. Everyone is always honored to race there no matter what. It’s not the best track for side-by-side racing, but everyone likes to go for the chance to race there and win a race at the Brickyard. Indy is also SealWrap’s home track, so there is a lot of excitement for this weekend.”
