According to Mike Garafolo of USA Today Sports, free agent quarterback David Carr has re-signed with the New York Giants.

Carr was looking to sign with a team that would give him a chance to start. It makes sense that he didn’t find any suitors since he is in his mid-30′s. His time is up to win an NFL starting job.
