DAVIE, Fla. (AP) -- Miami Dolphins receiver Davone Bess and linebacker Koa Misi have been ruled out of Sunday's game against Jacksonville. Bess missed practice this week with a back injury, and Misi has been sidelined since hurting his ankle in last week's loss at San Francisco. Their absences could mean the first starts of the year for receiver Marlon Moore and linebacker Jason Trusnik. Seven players were listed as probable Friday, including receiver Brian Hartline (gluteus) and linebacker Karlos Dansby (biceps).
