Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Michael Vick and running
back LeSean McCoy both passed their concussion tests Monday and will return to practice
today, reports Reuben Frank of Comcast Sports Net Philadelphia.

The team has announced that if all goes well at practice
today Vick and McCoy will be sent to independent neurologists to monitor their
recovery. Vick sustained his concussion Week 10 against the Dallas Cowboys and

Because rookie Nick Foles has been named the Eagles’
starting quarterback for the remainder of the season, regardless of the health
of Vick, the veteran will return in a reserve role. McCoy will be inserted back
as Philadelphia’s starter, but the club could take a conservative approach with
him considering they have little to play for over the remainder of the season.
