What ever happened to building a football team from a strong foundation vs. this fractured "Win Now!" philosophy? I mean, I understand society today and it's impatient "gotta have it now" attitude, heck, I fall victim to that now & then myself. But is it realistic to think that you can build a championship team right now by dumping players that aren't getting it done because they have not reached their potential yet in exchange for over-the-hill veterans who's minds/egos are writing checks that their bodies cannot possibly cash? Really?
