Fantasy Football owners are forced to watch some of the big name players on their team struggle through nagging injuries in the 2012 NFL season, with none more aggravating than the groin injury suffered by Green Bay Packers wide receiver Greg Jennings. He has been more or less out since the opening weekend, and it may now appear that he could have a sports hernia. Jennings is not expected to play in Week 8 or 9 for the Packers, and may be held out past or beyond Green Bay’s bye week in Week 10. The same may hold true for Washington redskins wide receiver Pierre Garcon, who has been sidelined with a foot injury, also since the first game of the season. He came back – like Jennings – for a game or so – but was not the same player and could not remain on the field.
