There is now a sense of "here we go again" circling Florida State, as the No. 1 team in all the land didn't finish the regular season well and lost Wednesday in the first game of the ACC Tournament.

Earlier I said that the only thing that could save the ACC was ESPN. When the Big XII was set to fall apart, ESPN came in and appeased Texas and held the coalition together. It doesn't appear like they will do the same for Florida State and the ACC. I think this is shortsighted on their part, but I don't think anyone in Bristol or Tallahassee seems to care.
