Danny Granger will be a full participant when the Pacers open training camp.
Coach Frank Vogel said Friday that Granger will be given extra rest in October, noting it's part of the doctors' plan to help Granger build up his endurance as he recovers a left knee injury.

Last week Danny Granger said that his tentative return date to full activities would be October 5th the extent of his sixth-month recovery prognosis from his knee injury. At Media Day Friday Indiana Pacers coach Frank Vogel said that Granger will be back earlier than that though. As in immediately.

The NBA free agency period is dying down, so it time to look back at each team who they signed. Also many trades went down, which I will also recap below.
Free Agent Signings
- Resigned David West to a 3 year deal worth 36 Million.
-Agreed to a 2 year deal with C.J. Waston.
-Signed Chris Copeland to a 2 year deal worth 6 Million.
-Singed guard Donald Sloan to a multiyear deal.

The San Antonio Spurs rounded out their roster earlier this week when they signed free agent forward Sam Young. Spurs fans had mixed reactions to the signing but all-in-all, fans seem to like the addition of Young.
He is an energy-type player and will surely get fans to get up off their seats.
