16-31 isn't what we all expected in are 2nd year under the new G.M. Ed Stefanski after he brought in the so called stud Elton Brand. But, thats what you have right now and mabye its time for some new blood. Personelly i have heard namy ideas of rebuilding but heres mine and let me know what you think. The first thing i do is get rid of Stefanski and Jordan and bring in a former nba player to build the team... i have heard alot of ideas but i like the idea of former sixer eric snow as the G.M. The Next step is getting a head coach i dont care really who it is but i would let eric snow pick and see who he likes running the show. But make sure to interview all the candidates not just one and not just fall in love with the first one they meet like what happen with Eddie Jordan. Know after that I would call steve Kerr and the Phoenix suns and bring in Amare Stoudemire and Leandro Barbosa and give them Andre Igoudala and Sammy Dalembert. So, when the seasons is over, hopefully you get a pick in the top 5 and can hopefully trade it away with elton brand and thad yound for either gilbert arenas (pending his trail) and yes many of you dont like the idea i get it, but just hear me out he a good guy and a goofball but when he comes he then has something to prove like that he can win and that he isnt a complete idot. But if that doesnt work out you trade Elton brand, thad young, and 1st round pick for kevin Martin and Beno Udrich, and 2nd pick. Then when you draft two players i really dont care who its is they are good at drafting. Then after that in free agency try and sign either josh howard or john salmons for the mid level.And see if you can trade either kapono or Lou williams for a big man. The sixers should resign rodney carney, royal ivey and primo breze. SO HERE IS HOW WE LOOK... which one do u like better?

plus 2 draft picks. would give you 16 plus you trade either Kapono or Lou for a big.
Option 2:
