Daniel Muno tweeted that he received a call and was invited to the Mets Big League spring training camp. A great accomplishment for a young man working hard to achieve his goals of playing in the majors.

Muno, who has been with the organization since he was signed in 2011, played last season with the B-Mets and batted .249/.384/.379, with 86 runs, 27 doubles, two triples, nine home runs, 67 RBI, 15 stolen bases and 92 walks in 561 plate appearances.
When I asked Muno in a interview back in September, what was he expecting for 2014, he responded:
“In 2014, I am just going to keep trying to do what I have been doing. Also just going to keep trying to help my team win whatever team I may be on.”
