if only for a day. We never know what's going to happen to our favorite teams from one day to the next. A game could be rained out, a player could get injured and just about anything could happen So, our teams go back and forth in the standings. But tonight, tonight I am going to take this moment (on my Birthday, no less!!), that the Yankees are in 1st place in AL East and soak it in!! Throughout the season, I know that I'll run the gamut of emotions. I'll knock on wood and hope that it lasts (never knowing if it will last until the World Series), but until tomorrow when the Red Sox play Texas and the Yankees play Baltimore, I am going to soak it all in, and love every minute of it....
