This week’s Sunday night football game takes us to Philadelphia with a match-up between the Giants and Eagles. All this week the trash talk between both sides have stole the headlines. It started from Eagles RB LeSean McCoy calling out DE Osi Umenyiora.
McCoy told ESPN, “Osi, to be honest, he is a good player. I think he thinks that he is better than what he really is. I think he is a ballerina in a Giants uniform. Other than that, that is all I got to say about Osi.”
This feud between the two started back in 2011 on twitter when Osi was in a contract dispute with the Giants. McCoy tweeted that the 10th-year player is “Overrated n soft 3rd best d-line on his team honestly.”

Philadelphia Eagles Run-Pass Ratio: The Proof is in the Pudding
Gregory Shamus/Getty Images

Philadelphia Eagles are a defensive team, so play like one
The Philadelphia Eagles have Michael Vick, LeSean McCoy, DeSean Jackson and the list of offensive players goes on, but the real strength of this Eagles team is in the defense. In 2011, the Eagles defense came out to a slow start, but finished 2nd in total defense, tied for 1st in sacks and tied for 1st in interceptions. That was with a slow start where they were about to fire defensive...
Giants DT Rocky Bernard: Vick is a Part of the Problem
Giant’s defensive tackle, Rocky Bernard, has a few words about Mike Vick and the Philadelphia Eagles offensive line.
In 13 games last year, Vick was sacked a total of 23 times. This year, through the first three games, he has been sacked 9.
“I know a lot of people want to blame it on the offensive line, but I think usually when stuff like that happens, it works both ways,...

Eagles survive wild ending to upend rival Giants
PHILADELPHIA -- The Philadelphia Eagles have won three games this season and in each one they had to put on a scoring drive in the final minutes, including Sunday night's 19-17 victory over the New York Giants at Lincoln Financial Field. Both Jason Babin and Dominique Rodgers-Cromarite were fined by NFL for incidents in last week's 27-6 loss to the Arizona Cardinals.

Rodgers-Cromartie was fined $7,875 for unnecessary...
Giants-Eagles Live Blog, First Half
With a bitter division rivalry being renewed, this week various media spent time exhuming the longstanding war of words between LeSean McCoy and Osi Umenyiora. E:60 essentially ran a profile of their rivalry. LeSean threw some more shade at Osi, calling him a ballerina and saying he’s either the third- or fourth-best player on the Giants defensive line.
Whatever you think of either...
Eagles 19, Giants 17

The Philadelphia Eagles (3-1) beat the New York Giants (2-2) 19-17, last night at Lincoln Financial Field from Philadelphia, PA.
What a heartbreaking loss for the New York Giants as Lawrence Tynes missed the potential game winning 54 yard field goal which felled short of the goal post at the end of the game.

New York Giants vs. Philadelphia Eagles: Hero and Zero of the Game
Hero: Though it was tough to see many positives in this game with both teams making mental mistakes late on both sides of the ball, LeSean McCoy did enough to be the player of the game for Philly.Michael Vick was much more efficient in this game by not turning the ball over, but did not come up with many big plays against the Giants' defense. The elusive “Shady” McCoy allowed...
Reid Finally Doesn’t Pass on the Run
Eagles LeSean McCoy outruns Giants Osi Umenyiora
While watching the 2nd half of last night’s Eagles 19-17 squeaker over the Giants, I had to wonder if Andy Reid was being held hostage in the locker room. I thought I unknowingly was put into a time machine and transported back to ’03 when the Eagles offense was led on the ground by the 3-headed monster.
After weeks begging and...
