BROOKINGS, S.D. - The South Dakota State women's soccer team looks to keep the ball rolling after a 1-0 win over Wisconsin-Green Bay, as they take on the Drake Bulldogs this Friday at Fishback Soccer Park. SDSU enters the match with a 1-3-1 record and are 1-1-1 in their last three games. In comparison, the 2008NCAA College Cup qualifying team started the 2008 season with a 2-3 record. That team went on to become the first team from SDSU to win a game in a NCAA postseason tournament and the first from the Summit League to win a game at the Cup. "I believe that we have gotten better in every game so far this season," said head coach Lang Wedemeyer. " We played very well for most of the game against Wisconsin-Green Bay and are excited to take on another quality opponent like Drake, Friday night.
