Here is where things about Jadeveon Clowney start becoming “Urban Legends”, not saying it is impossible, but a 6’6″ 270lb DE running a 4.46 40 would be quite astonishing. But, according to one of his teammates that is exactly what happened. Via the Sporting News, a teammate of South Carolina defensive end Jadeveon Clowney said he ran a 40-yard dash in 4.46 seconds. Running back Mike Davis initially wrote “Think Clowney ran a 4.46,” but has apparently since deleted the tweet. The Gamecocks just finished summer workouts, which included 40 testing. Like most Urban Legends the video will be hidden forever, but this video will always exists.
