Jermaine Dye Becomes a Free Agent

The Chicago White Sox have bought out the contract of Jermaine Dye for a little less than $1 million. As a result, Dye has become a free agent. The veteran outfielder will likely be one of the most sought after players in baseball free agency. Last year, Dye didn’t live up to expectations with the White Sox.
