Week 5:  @ Atlanta Falcons Geno Smith went 16 for 20 (67%), 199 yards, and 3 TD, as well as rushing 3 times for 21 yards. Bilal Powell led the way on the ground with 38 rushing yards on 12 carries. Geno’s two favorite targets, in Week 5, were Jeff Cumberland (3 rec, 79 yards, 1 TD) and Jeremy Kerley (5 rec, 68 yards, 1 TD). The defense held Atlanta to 299 passing yards and only 64 rushing yards. The defensive standouts for Week 5 were David Harris (14 tackles) and Mo Wilkerson (7 tackles, 2 tackles for loss, 1 sack). A couple of other standouts are Sheldon Richardson (5 tackles, 2 tackles for loss, 1 sack, 1 pass defended) and Darrin Walls (4 tackles, 1 tackle for loss, 2 passes defended) who played outstanding coverage on Roddy White all night long. Walls was also very close to picking off Matt Ryan and running it back for 6 but he tried to run it back for 6 before actually picking it off. The New York Jets seem to have slowed down with the penalties, only 6 for 24...
