Before Sunday’s dreadful loss in Seattle, Joe Namath indicated last week that he’s ready for the New York Jets to start Tim Tebow over Mark Sanchez. “We can go right to the Tebow thing. I mean, come on,” Namath said Wednesday, per USA TODAY Sports. “If you’re bringing him in to play, where’s he been? Are you bringing him in to make other people practice longer? Excuse me. Are you bringing him in, trying to get media headlines?” During the game Namath once again made it clear that he wouldn’t mind seeing Tebow play. • I said it in the past, I will say it again...if you want to get and win...get rid of this brainless Sanchez
  • The best way to keep the New York Jets from winning a Super Bowl while they have Tim "I don't know how to read a defense" Tebow is to make him the starter. Not only does Sanchez have more sense than Tebow, or as we called him in Denver, "TeBoner", Sanchez does not lie about how he is. Joe Namath would not have been successful in the league of 2012, so he should shut it, and use his celebrity to help the people in NY who are suffering.
  • Namath is correct. Ryan is a windbag who ignored the team owner's advice to his own peril. He should be fired for being an idiot. Sanchez isn't getting it done. No more excuses. Tebow can win given the chance. He needs more playing time, not just a few snaps here and there. Maybe Sanchez let's Ryan play with his feet.

NFL Rumors: Why won’t the New York Jets start Tim Tebow?

In one of the more puzzling moves this offseason, the New York Jets acquired QB Tim Tebow from the Denver Broncos. Tebow’s role with the Jets this season has been undecided, but why not start Tebow now with the Jets offense struggling and sitting with a record of 3-6 in the AFC East. Tebow critics will claim that he is not a starting caliber quarterback in the NFL, but with the...

The trick plays run the Seattle Seahawks have been very effectively run, even if the throws haven’t always resulted in touchdowns or perfect passes, they have gained yards and kept defenses guessing.Seahawks WR Sidney Rice thought that Golden Tate’s pass today was pretty terrible and even took a shot at Jets QB Tim Tebow when giving WR Golden Tate’s pass a critique.#Seahawks...

Antonio Cromartie: Kiss my butt, Sanchez is our quarterback

New York Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez has one supporter in the locker room, cornerback Antonio Cromartie, who says Sanchez is the Jets only quarterback. “They can kiss my butt, Mark is our quarterback. Week 10 – Things That Caught My Eye

It’s been a while and I do apologize. I live in the Northeast, NJ to be exact and the past few weeks, mother nature has not been a friend but that’s all history now. Now, let’s talk a little Week 10. Many teams I’m sure felt this way this week No People, It’s Not Tebow-Time People aren’t going to believe me when I say that I am not a NY Jets fan because it always seems...

Rather than wasting time with Mark Sanchez and Tim Tebow, the New York Jets should start former Alabama standout Greg McElroy at quarterback

After yet another putrid performance in Sunday’s 28-7 loss to the Seahawks at CenturyLink Field in Seattle, Washington, it is more evident than ever that Mark Sanchez is a quarterback incapable of making the New York Jets a winning organization. … Continue reading →

Initial Reaction – New York Jets Pop Warner Offense Gets Blown Out

The New York Jets defense came to play today. This isn’t the most talented unit and they are lacking in many key areas. Regardless, they put forth a respectable effort and gave their team every chance to be competitive and win. The offense? Putrid. Embarrassing. Pop Warner quality. The Jets had two weeks to prepare and their major revelation was bringing Tim Tebow in the game...

New York Jets – Rex and Sanchez Try To Save Each Other

As the Jets offense continues to struggle while the losses pile up, we wonder about what this will mean at seasons end for both Rex Ryan and Mark Sanchez. The Jets starting QB is once again demonstrating poor body language and self admittedly has become affected by the Tebow substitutions, leading to making too many poor decisions at crucial times. Ryan meanwhile, is defiantly sticking...

Week 10 - Seahawks Win! (R-Rated Thread)

The offense looked ugly in the early going, giving up turnovers and making the Jets look like they've got a legitimate pass rush, but an improved second half performance combined with Mark Sanchez and Tim Tebow hosting an all-game clinic on how not to play the QB position ultimately led to a nice, satisfying victory. Also, I love how well the Seahawks are executing on Wilson...
