Jordan Ayew insists he is not a troublemaker
Jordan Ayew says that he does not see himself as a bad apple and points out that Mario Balotelli does far worse thing than him.
The 21-year-old has been in the news for all the wrong reasons after Marseille assistant coach Frank Passi openly criticized him for an altercation with Paris Saint-Germain midfielder David Beckham last week.
But the third son of Ghana legend Abedi Pele has defended his reputation and insists he is not a mischief-maker like Mario Balotelli.
“My dad (Abedi Pele) is the first one to ask me not to stir things up,” he told L’Equipe.
“But he was a footballer, he knows what happens on the pitch.
“I think it’s a bit too much. In Paris, because it was Beckham, the affair took on impossible proportions. If it had been [PSG's Clement] Chantome or whoever else, it wouldn’t have been talked about.
