If you watched the 12.12.12. star-studded benefit concert for Hurricane Sandy victims on December 12th, you probably remember that Kanye West wore a gladiator-esque leather skirt while performing in front of a sold out Madison Square Garden crowd. Well, it would appear that Kanye West has had a change of heart and no longer wants you to remember that outfit. Stock photo agency Getty Images confirmed on Tuesday that they had been asked to remove several shots of West performing at the show, but the agency would not elaborate as to why, according to Gawker.com. Many are speculating that West’s request to pull the photos has come as a result of a large amount of ridicule and criticism he received from fans, the media, and fellow artists following the show. Obviously he never heard the old proverb “if you don’t want pictures of you wearing a skirt on the Internet, don’t wear a skirt while performing in front of 18,000 people with cameras.” He also clearly never heard the one that says “don’t marry a stuck-up ***** who got plowed on a home movie and then married another guy for 72 days.”
