Ohio State had a big day on the recruiting front Sunday, with one commitment coming from Akron St. Vincent-St. Mary running back Parris Campbell. The speedy back picked up an OSU offer and jumped on it. He talked to BuckeyeSports.com about the decision and his excitement to pledge to his home-state school.

Damon Webb surprised many when he decided to give his verbal pledge to Ohio State. The 2014 defensive back of Cass Tech (Detroit, MI) lives only about an hour away from Michigan and several of his current and former teammates signed with the Wolverines. The 6-foot, 175-pound athlete said he wanted to be different. Still, other schools aren't backing off recruiting him.
