Kurt Suzuki signs 4yr contract extension with A’s

You can cross Kurt Suzuki off the list as a potential options at catcher for the Boston Red Sox.  Jane Lee of MLB.com is reporting via twitter that the A’s have locked Suzuki with a 4 year contract which includes an option for 2014.  Suzuki was hitting .257 this year with 10 home runs.  When the details of his contract become available check back here for them.
