As LeBron James continues to rack up championships and accolades, he’s also relaxing and opening up more.
James opened up about a lot of different things during an upcoming ESPN The Magazine feature and it revealed several things people may not have known.
During a segment of the interview, James was asked about his mental approach to the game and his perceived weaknesses. King Jame’s answers were very revealing.
Do you ever battle a fear of failure?
That’s one of my biggest obstacles. I’m afraid of failure. I want to succeed so bad that I become afraid of failing.
How do you deal with it — how do you overcome it?
Just win [laughs]. Keep winning and I don’t have to worry about it. Keep winning.
At the end of the day, just keep playing was all James really could do as he struggled for 8 years to get over the hump.

Carolina Panthers defensive end Greg Hardy, who played basketball for part of one season at Ole Miss, made the bold claim in a recent interview that he could NBA superstar LeBron James in a game of 1-on-1.
When Charlotte Observer reporter Jonathan Jones asked who would win a 1-on-1 game between Hardy and LeBron, Hardy answered:
"How should I answer this question? ...I would...
LeBron James shot 56.5 percent from the field last season for the Miami Heat, highlighted by a 21-game stretch in which he shot 63.2 percent from the floor and largely attributed to more focus toward scoring in the paint.
James was asked whether shooting 60 percent from the field is attainable for him this season.
"I don’t really set out goals as far as what I want to shoot...

LeBron James is in a very good place right now and I’m not talking about physically (even though Miami is a pretty damn good place), but I’m referring more to his mental state.
That’s what winning back-to-back Finals MVP awards will do for you. James was already regarded as the best player on the planet prior to winning a championship but now he finally realizes it.
LeBron James has a message for all the teams in the Eastern Conference.
He hears you talking.
After being pushed to a game 7 in the Eastern Conference Finals, and listening all summer to the return of Rose in Chicago, James and the Heat are aware people are gunning for them.
James not one to back down from anyone, said there was tension, but no rivalry with the Bulls and Pacers....
In case you’ve never heard of basketball, there’s this guy named LeBron James. He plays basketball, and he’s pretty damn good at what he does. At this stage in his career, there’s really no point into even looking at his numbers, because he gets more and more solid as the seasons go by, and he has the physical makings of someone who can play until he’s 50.
But, we love...
Next time you block a shot, stomp the yard, or whatever else, make sure to show off your new "LeBron James Face,” as this new Sprite commercial shows.
I have my own theory as to why LeBron James and Michael Jordan aren’t that personally close, but I’ll share that with you later. First, here’s what LeBron had to say about whether or not he wished he had more of a relationship with Jordan to Chris Broussard. “Ahhh, I mean, I don’t know. […]
Second-year shooting guard Bradley Beal torched the Miami Heat on Tuesday night with 29 points (in 31 minutes, no less) in a 100-82 victory for the Washington Wizards. But it was LeBron James who stole the show in the second quarter, throwing down back-to-back powerful fast break dunks that prove he’s ready for the season to begin.

A lot of debate has happened over whether or not LeBron James is a guy you'd want taking clutch shots if the game your life or all of humanity was on the line. Guys like Carmelo Anthony Kobe Bryant Dirk Nowitzki and others are people you're supposed to want to pick to take that shot in today's NBA. Michael Jordan Larry Bird Robert Horry and Reggie Miller are historic...
Andrew Wiggins has been called the best player to come out of high school since LeBron James. While James has not talked to Wiggins, the Miami Heat superstar forward has some sage advice for the KU freshman phenom.
Nearing the end of the first half of tonight’s Miami Heat/Washington Wizards game, it appeared that LeBron James was going to take the ball to the basket.
However, instead of attacking the rack, he found teammate Dwyane Wade on the pretty alley-oop assist that D-Wade threw down with two hands:

Ric Bucher has a new gig at the Bleacher Report, and what better way to reintroduce yourself to the masses than by getting the LeBron stans riled up on a Thursday afternoon.
Bucher has taken a hit for this statement before, and once again reaffirmed it on Tuesday when he took to Twitter to proclaim that he’d take Derrick Rose as a player over LeBron James.
Bucher was nice enough...
And to think the kid hasn’t even played a minute of college basketball yet. Incoming Kansas freshman is widely recognized as the best basketball prospect since LeBron James. Expected to be a superstar in the league, teams are prepping for what looks to be a star-studded 2014 NBA Draft class. Apparently though, it’s not just […]
Let’s all thank Greg Hardy for making it OK to never trust anything he says ever again.
Hardy, a defensive end for the Carolina Panthers, scoffed at a reporter’s question about whether he would beat Miami Heat forward LeBron James in a one-on-one basketball game. Hardy respectfully declined to challenge the supremacy of the four-time NBA Most Valuable Player and admitted that...
