Yes, it brought the Slovak winger to the Steel City, where he promptly injured his knee and failed to ever really produce in the ways we had hoped for, only to leave the following year for the team that had just beat us in the Stanley Cup Finals because he thought he had a better shot at Silver in the Motor City. That's not important. None of that is important.  What was important, was that when the Pens sent Colby Armstrong, Erik Christensen, and Angelo Esposito to the Thrashers (along with a first rounder that would later become 2008 Draftee Daultan Leveille) we received in return something much more than a rental player to help us during a potential playoff push... we received that lovable undrafted journeym...
