Jocks and Stiletto Jill breaks down more of the Lil Wayne interview with Miami Radio Station 99 JAMZ. One interesting tidbit that comes from the audio is that Wayne apologizes to Lebron, while also mentioning he is cool with his mom Gloria.
In general, that wouldn’t be a big deal, except for all the rumors that Lebron’s mom was with Delonte West at some point (I tend not to believe that, but you never know these days) and Wayne has already publicly shown he doesn’t care about telling people who he has slept with.
Wayne goes on to explain why he believes he was banned by NBA. He makes a solid case, to be perfectly honest, even though he is known to leave out certain facts. He says wasn’t allowed to be in dunk contest with Gerald Green, perform with Alicia Keys or purchase tickets to the game. He says the NBA vetoed all of that, in response to what happened at the Lakers vs. Heat game in Miami.
He blames D Wade for starting the whole situation, but still doesn’t apologizes to Chris Bosh or his wife. Lebron’s people think Wayne has an unhealthy obsession with The King.
If it was media attention Wayne wanted, he certainly has gotten that.

LeBron James hits a bank, left-handed 3-point shot against the Chicago Bulls simply because he can.
The Bulls scored the fewest points at home (67) since 2003 in the loss to their rival Heat on Thursday night. Down 16 in the fourth quarter with, Bulls fans found something to cheer about when they let out a roar as LeBron James came up limping off a hard foul from Nate Robinson. Remember when Bulls fans crucified Philly fans for applauding Joakim Noah’s ankle injury in the...
Lil Wayne apologized to LeBron James for saying F**k LeBron James but said he isn’t sorry for what he said and won’t apologize for being him or, anything else that he said. In an interview with Miami’s interview with Miami’s Felisha Monet of 99 JAMZ, he said that he’s really cool with LeBron’s mom so he takes that back but nothing more.
Wayne also said that Dwyane...
Still confused as to why Lil Wayne seems to have waged all out war on the Miami Heat? Me too. Luckily for us, Hip-Hop 365 has a source who provides a theory to consider. Lil Wayne is allegedly upset because LeBron doesn’t want to be his friend? That’s just the tip of the iceberg:
According to a member of LeBron’s inner-circle who spoke on the condition of anonymity, Lil Wayne...
I think Lil Wayne just says things at times because it sounds good and controversy causes tongues to wag. Sunday night in Houston, Young Tunchi was on stage at Stereo Live. Wayne went off on a tangent about he’d been banned from all NBA events and it was the Miami Heat’s fault and threw in that he had sex with Chris bosh’s wife.
The NBA is responding yet again saying that...
The Miami Heat may have had struggles — if you even want to call it that — this season, but they showed during their Wednesday night matchup against the Atlanta Hawks why they are a dangerous team. Dwyane Wade steals the ball off of a Jeff Teague pass, threw it off the backboard, and LeBron [...]The post Dwyane Wade Throws Off-The-Backboard Alley-Oop to LeBron James (Video...
Isiah Thomas has an opinion in the great debate between Michael Jordan and LeBron James. Thomas who was an all time great in the league told Waddle & Silvy on ESPN 1000 that he’s not sure who the better ball player is, but LeBron is the better athlete.
“They’re both great players, and they’re both great in their eras,” Thomas said on “The Waddle & Silvy Show”...
In the face of Lebron's recent stint of greatness, numerous comparisons have been drawn between the King and His Airness himself, Michael Jordan. Most notable among these can be found in an interview on Dan Le Batard's 790 The Ticket radio show, where current Orlando Magic coach Stan Van Gundy said that he thinks LeBron is better than Michael was.Van Gundy weighed in with...
The collateral damage of the still-simmering Michael Jordan/LeBron James discussion: how can The Big O, Oscar Robertson be forgotten again? The post Because We Always Forget Oscar Robertson appeared first on The Sports Fan Journal.
Tweet LeBron James and Dwyane Wade have hooked up for numerous alley-oops since James joined forces with Wade on the Miami Heat. This full-court one was among the more impressive of the seemingly countless connections. This is one of my favorites. Earlier this season against the Knicks they took turns setting each other up, [...]
MIAMI -- In their 25-year history, the Miami Heat have won two championships, including one last season. Now they're setting their sights on something they've never done.
The Heat never have had the NBA's best regular-season record.
But if the Heat and LeBron James continue to play the way they have lately, it could happen. The Heat (36-14), who play their first game...
Wow, just crazy awesome to watch this video. Meet Eddie who is a geriatric sea otter at the Oregon Zoo. The Zoo had to teach Eddie how to play basketball to help with his arthritis in his elbows. Surprisingly he's really good. I'm guessing he would probably be able to beat LeBron James in a dunk contest, but we all know LeBron is too scared to enter one anyway. ...
