After being hospitalized Friday with complications from a spinal tap and released the following day, Luol Deng once again returned to the emergency room Sunday. He has since been released, but remains in Chicago and will miss Game 1 of the second round series against the Miami Heat.

According to a person with direct knowledge of the situation, Deng returned to a Chicago emergency room Sunday morning after being released from the hospital Saturday afternoon.
