One of these guys doesn’t fit with the others.Photo Credit: Yahoo.com In an interview with Fox Sports 1, Lebron James was asked to name the best three players of all-time, and gave a very worthy answer: Michael Jordan, Larry Bird, and Dr. J. Obviously, many will disagree with that short list, as do I, and the first thing that comes to mind is the other players that were snubbed. To most, this list will probably include Magic Johnson, and Magic himself took to twitter to talk to Lebron about his picks:   Lebron is entitled to his opinion, but I still think that he and I have a similar game and that’s why I LOVE to watch him play! — Earvin Magic Johnson (@MagicJohnson) August 22, 2013   NBA Championship rings are all that matter; Jordan 6, Me 5, Bird 3, LeBron 2 and Dr. J 1. — Earvin Magic Johnson (@MagicJohnson) August 22, 2013 The ring argument is always a flawed one, in my opinion. There are so many circumstances that go into winning a championship. However, having five rings is no mistake, as Magic notes, and he undoubtedly has an argument among the legends of this game. Either way, its no secret Magic is a fan of Lebron’s game, and the list of the top three players ever could arguably include both when Lebron hangs up his jersey for good.
