MARTY MORNHINWEG FOR RAIDERS COACH!!

Posted January 22, 2012

MARTY Mornhinweg is the best sounding coaching prospect I've seen so far for the Oakland Raiders.

He's already been a head coach.

He brings an impressive offensive resume to the table, which coupled with the Raiders explosive firepower, could yield absolutely DEVASTATING results. This would send ripples not only through the AFC West, but the entire Conference.

He's also had the experience of seeing what working under an incompetent Front Office is like, and what working under a highly focused, and effective Front Office is like.

He's been to Hell and back. This means he has seen that success is not a matter of tilting just a few degrees, but a matter of going in a specific direction. A bad franchise does not simply tweak a small thing and become a good team suddenly. The DIRECTION has to be clear, and the path defined at the outset.

If the Raiders didn't have their direction and path together, I doubt M&M would have even bothered to interview, as he has a well worn niche here in Philly already.

Now to just put it all together.

  • I so wished this happened so the Eagles wouldn't have been stuck with such an inept coordinator for this season.
