Matt Harvey was a prospect you heard about from the New York Mets but Zack Wheeler has been the bigger name.  Wheeler is still down in the minors and has even been struggling at the beginning of this year.  Harvey was called up last year and has never looked back, he continues to get better and could even be an All Star this season.  It is his rookie season, his first full year in the majors and he looks like he will be around for a long time to come.  Harvey was 3-5 last season with a  2.73 ERA.  He started ten games and threw 59 1/3 innings giving up 42 hits.  He had 26 walks and 70 strikeouts.  This season he is 4-0 with a 1.28 ERA, he has pitched seven games and 49 1/3 innings.  Harvey has given up 22 hits and 12 walks with 58 strikeouts.  Those are very impressive numbers especially for a young pitcher in New York and not on a very good team.
