Courtesy of Massholesports, I actually remember watching this live last weekend laughing that Mike Milbury was actually ripping Ovechkin. Funny thing is Ovechkin will continue doing it, he's a spoiled brat who is extremely gifted, but still acts like a little kid.  I hope the Bruins stick it to the Caps tonight.

Ovechkin responds to Milbury

Alex Ovechkin has been the subject of criticism for his sub-par season, and he finally responded to NBC analyst Mike Milbury.

Alexander Ovechkin’s Twitter Account Proving as Quiet as Forward’s Scoring So Far This Year (Video)

Alexander Ovechkin has been quiet from a goal-scoring standpoint this season, but he hasn’t stopped there. No, the Capitals forward has also extended that radio silence of sorts to the Internet, where his Twitter account has laid dormant for quite some time. NESN Nation’s Dan Duquette picked through Ovi’s online leftovers and found what looks like it should be a lot of fun...

Alzner: I Knew That We Had the Personnel

What are Caps fans supposed to think at this point? Fresh off the team’s 4-3 comeback victory against Boston Tuesday, Karl Alzner stood in the locker room, patiently trying to help me make sense of the Gordian knot that is Washington’s season. During a recent radio interview Alzner gave to LaVar and Dukes at 106.7 the Fan, I remembered hearing the Capitals’ defenseman say...

Capitals 4, Bruins 3, OT

Eric Fehr scored 37 seconds into overtime Tuesday night, and the Washington Capitals rallied from a three-goal, first-period deficit to beat the Boston Bruins 4-3 in a thriller reminiscent of the teams' seven-game playoff series a year ago. Pinched by two defenders, Fehr was falling forward as he got off the shot that hit the upper right post and went in, giving the Capitals...

Caps Host Pick-a-Stick Night

For $80, fans could choose a signed Washington Capitals hockey stick from a line-up of 250 sticks, all in the name of charity.

Boston Game Day Notes

The Washington Capitals have made several moves in preparation for tonight's game against the Boston Bruins, and some changes to the lineup might be in order tonight. -The Washington Capitals have signed D Steve Oleksy (not Olesky) of the AHL Hershey Bears to a 3-year deal worth $1.6 million and recalled him to Washington.  According to Adam Oates, the right-handed defenseman...

(Video)Shawn Thornton vs John Erskine March 5, 2013

Losing sucks but everyone likes a good scrap.  After taking a couple good shots early in the fight Thornton was able to shed the elbow pad and deliver a devastating right that put John Erskine on his ass.  -@Rivetts5

Bruins Let Three-Goal Lead Slip Away in ‘D.C. Disaster’ Against Capitals (Video)

There are moral victories, there are actual victories and then there’s what happened on Tuesday night, which was neither. The Bruins let a three-goal lead slip away against the Capitals, losing 4-3 in overtime at the Verizon Center. On the heels of a tough loss to the Canadiens, this was a decidedly bad loss — and the spectacular nature of the winning goal doesn’t do much to...

Bruins-Capitals Live: B’s Go to Washington for Playoff Rematch With Caps

12 p.m. ET: The Bruins had high hopes for the 2011-12 season after winning the Stanley Cup a season prior. Those high hopes were shot down early in last season’s playoffs, however, thanks to the Washington Captials. The B’s get their first chance to exact a little bit of revenge on Tuesday night when they had to the nation’s capital to take on the Caps. It’s the first meeting...
