When Cal agreed to a home-and-home series with Ohio State, it probably figured fans would show up to support the Bears for the big 2013 matchup. Well, fans showed up – but it appears they’re all wearing scarlet and grey. Yikes.

Guiton threw for 276 yards and four touchdowns and also rushed for 92 yards in...
Ohio State quarterback Braxton Miller indeed did not make the start at Cal. Getting the nod was senior Kenny Guiton, who once again put on a show completing 21 of 32 passes for 276 yards and four touchdowns along with no interceptions. He also added 92 yards rushing on 14 carries.
Ohio State would go on to romp Cal by winning 52-34. The game easily could have been one for Ohio State...
Last year with a healthy Braxton Miller in the lineup, the Cal Bears gave the Ohio State Buckeyes all they could handle, falling just short of upsetting the eventual undefeated team. This season, with Miller’s game status in question for the Buckeyes’ trip to California, Ohio State will need to put the Bears away much earlier if they hope to leave the west coast undefeated.
The Ohio State Documentary “Nuts” has set out to get this lawn back to representing TBDBITL as it should. As part of the documentary they would love to do a piece on the lawn, and the history behind his recently lost tradition. Due to financial issues the lawn’s owner, Craig, hasn’t been able to script the lawn. In order to help him out the creator of “Nuts”...
