Found January 21, 2013 on Saturday Night Slant:
0-2 Start. Eh, could kind of see that coming, right? New coach, thin talent, going up against a surging team and one of the best in the country. All could see two loses. Except LSU has lost two more, to what many believe are two of the worst teams in the conference in Georgia & South Carolina. Both teams only conference win to this point is against LSU as both stand 1-3. The Tigers now find themselves as the only team in the SEC without a conference win at 0-4. Where do we go from here?   South Carolina 82, LSU 73 in OT: LSU let this one slip through their fingers. After being outplayed by South Carolina in the first half, the Tigers opened the second half shooting with fire, connecting on five of their first seven 3-pointers. Where LSU hurt themselves is giving South Carolina too many opportunities with turnovers and getting to the charity stripe more often than they should have. The Tigers led by four with under three minutes to go in the game, but couldn't c...

Tyrann Mathieu doesn’t consider himself the ‘Honey Badger’ anymore

Tyrann Mathieu knows that some of the decisions he has made over the past five months or so may have completely derailed his NFL plans. Mathieu was kicked off LSU’s football team last summer following a series of failed drug tests. Rather than transferring, he decided to stay at LSU in hopes of rejoining the team next season. Then in October, he was arrested on drug-related charges...

Tyrann “Honey Badger” Mathieu Speaks With Jets at Senior Bowl

Someone is going to draft Honey Badger. It is just a matter of who and what round. I don’t think the Jets would be the best fit, they have enough head cases in the NYC shouldn’t add another. Tyrann Mathieu is trying to be an ex-Honey Badger.

One of the saddest stories of the 2012 college football season was the downfall of former LSU cornerback Tyrann Mathieu a.k.a the Honey Badger. Mathieu was kicked off the team before the start of the 2012 season for failing multiple drug tests. He was arrested in October for posession of marijuana, which ended any shot he may have had to return to the Tigers next season. Now Mathieu...

Tyrann Mathieu Says He No Longer Wants to Be Known as “Honey Badger”

I get what he is trying to do, he needs to clean up his image as much as possible before the draft. Tyrann Mathieu is no longer the “Honey Badger,” just a former college football player hoping to get a shot at the NFL. “I think at...
