Driver Kyle Busch has been parked by NASCAR for the remainder of the race weekend at Texas Motor Speedway. Busch had been involved in an incident with Ron Hornaday early during Friday’s Camping World Truck Series race.
After Hornaday made contact with Busch that forced Buschs truck to the wall , Busch drove his truck into the read end of Hornaday’s ride. Busch finally turned Hornaday into the wall ending both drivers nights. Busch was then called to park his truck for the remainder of the race.
Veteran driver Michael McDowell will now drive Busch’s Cup series ride on Sunday. Denny Hamlin will replace Busch in today’s Nationwide Series race.

The following is a letter of apology written by Kyle Busch on Saturday after NASCAR banned him from the Sprint Cup and Nationwide races at Texas for deliberately wrecking championship contender Ron Hornaday Jr. during the Camping World Truck Series race on Friday night:
Kevin Harvick led a race-high 61 laps en route to the win in the WinStar World Casino 350K NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race at Texas Motor Speedway on Friday night and clinched an owner’s title for the No. 2 truck that he owns and drove to the race win.
“We’ve had a lot of momentum in the No. 2 truck,” Harvick said in victory lane.
