The UFC has released a statement regarding the drug test findings for UFC bantamweight Alex Caceres and middleweight Riki Fukuda, who both competed on the UFC on Fuel TV 8 card in Saitama, Japan. Fukuda tested positive for stimulants and banned substances and was promptly released from the organization whilst Caceres tested for marijuana metabolites and has been suspended for six months.

The UFC organization has a strict, consistent policy against the use of any illegal and/or performance-enhancing drugs, stimulants or masking agents. All 22 fighters on the UFC® on FUEL TV 8 card were drug tested at the event and all fighters passed their drug tests with the exception of Alex Caceres and Riki Fukuda.
