As we jog into the final week of the NFL preseason, it appears that the NFL replacement officials will be doing the first week of the 2013 NFL regular season
One of those replacement refs by the name of Don King had some issues trying to explain some penalties during last night's New York Giants/New England Patriots affair.
Below are two separate situations where King stutters or forgets the penalty over the microphone:
