Penn State may not be going to a bowl game this season but that does not mean we can't all enjoy watching the postseason and making some picks along the way, right? You are invited to join our free college bowl pick 'em, which is being hosted by ESPN.com. The rules are simple. Find our group on ESPN's College Bowl Mania web page (group name "Nittany Lions Den") and join the group using the password "mikemauti" and start making your picks! Assign confidence points to your picks according to how sure you are about any particular bowl result and see if you can end the bowl season with more points that our staff here. Who in the Nittany Lions Den community knows their college bowls the best? Guess what. We even have a couple of prizes to give away to some top finishers. The top overall winner will receive a $25 Visa gift card. Our second overall prize winner will win a $10 Amazon gift card and our third place winner will receive a $10 gift card from Gameday Goods, a partner of Nittany Lions Den offering a variety of licensed Penn State merchandise. All prizes will be awarded following the conclusion of the bowl season in January. We will notify all winners eligible for prizes following all bowl games. This should be some fun and we hope you will sign up to join. Again, this is free to play so why not get on board now! Remember the first bowl game on the schedule is Saturday, December 15, 2012.
