Not So Charming In Charm City

The very first thing i be doing is making sure that the team understands that we were a team before this mess was dumped in our laps and no matter what you can't let this tear us apart cause we are allready seeing some of that in just the last few weeks, And as teammates we must watch each others back no matter what, Cause long after those jokers are gone This team will still be the face of Charm City. So hold your heads up high and know that you put your best foot foward and represent when its time to stand up for your teammates.

what will the ravens do with this new mindset of the new and improved coaching staff?(yeah right) and who will be left to answer those questions at the end of 2011? My guess is it won't be Joe Flacco or Ray Lewis or McClain or several key members of this team, nor will the votes for coach of the year swing thru Charm City.

If you still can't figure out the way they could select the Rams coach for a vote for coach of the year with their record but yet the 12-4 ravens coach gets a 0 must mean those writers were watching some football coaches during the season and they saw what the Ravens were getting from this guy and voted accordingly.

Well since Kolb is obvious a possiable better match for the Cards long time qb needs this must put things in focus for the 12-4 Ravens and coaching staff, (John Harbaugh) this Bulger thing will keep getting in the way no matter how i try to keep it under the radar?

I did put in a request to Ray Lewis to consider the DC job when he hangs the #52 in the closet, Can you imagine how good our D. would be with Ray teaching the players what it really is about? That would be as sweet as seeing his name in the hall of fame.

As you can see i don't just present all negitive responses to what is or might or could be happening with the Ravens, Since it is necessary for the fans to hold on to anything that gives them hope of reaching the SuperBowl, Ray would be a bright spot in this dimwitted i mean dim lit staff room.

What do you think would happen if you took all the triple crown winners in the history of horseracing and put a 500lb. gorilla on their back no matter how good they were would they win? I would bet the farm that they couldn't,So will the Ravens fly with their's? We will see!

This might be looking bad for fans this upcoming season if there is a lockout but John Harbaugh see this as a great chance to get his new college buddies he hired a chance to see what a NFL locker room looks like inside? Cause after those past 2 season's of this team carrying him he now wants to take a more active role with the D.the O.? When the? How the? What the? meaning of this is? there's not one clue in Charm City!

After reading the article about Joe Flacco's vist and talk with John Harbaugh and Cam Cameron it seems to me like the whole thing about Jim Zorns firing will play out in this teams future in ways you would not wish for? Seeing as how i had made several earlier comments about how this would affect Flacco and what he have to do to protect himself? This boils over and down to who and what you can believe from Harbaugh and his staff? otherwise Joe Flacco will be the one portrayed as insurbordinate about this whole Jim Zorn mess, This will not end well for the Ravens team and fans make a bet on it.

Seeing all the sideshow action this year from my Ravens team leaves me asking questions like what did Zorn really do to get fired? why wasn't Cam fired? who is the one making gametime decisions? why no one with NFL experince was chosen to fill any of the vacancies that was open on this team? Who really beleive that this is the way to build a winner? I can only point my finger in the direction of John Harbaugh and those who should know better!

It would be a simple matter to just say whats going wrong for the Ravens is how the head coach is doing all the wrong things to this team to make this not work, But we really need to ask this? How can Steve and Ozzie sit back and let this happen? Do anyone really know what they want for this team and how to go about getting it? How bout that Steve and Ozzie?

By the way fellas there will be a few good offensive lineman on hand for this years draft if you don't squander them away before we have a chance to use it. Also we should really be looking at our players who are in waiting for contracts to be finalized we can't afford to not address this sooner rather than later. Which brings me back to this question? With the limited NFL experence of this staff who picks Players for key positions? Hopefully it's not just John and Cam!

If by some stroke of good luck the greed don't succeed in ruining this football season, we Ravens Fans are not going to be the silent partners, there's just too much at stake for this team to fall to a mediocre level for or because of any reason or excuse that will be made by this coaching staff, We as fans have supported the team from day one, So just remember the cheers cost the same as the jeers, but it should never cost the team any fans John Harbaugh!

Don't Worry! Be Happy! You Ravens Fans, You don't need a running game any more me and Cam have come up with something better, i won't tip my hand yet but i do have this QB that will be throwing and running so much that we won't need a run game, RIGHT!

now the date that i said this is Feb 28, 2011 wow how times flies its now Nov. 18, 2011 and here 10 months later we are talking about the Ravens lack of run plays high number of pass plays, I think it's time to take me serious cause it's one thing to predict but it's insane to be right.

My earlier comment's about the need for corners and safety picks for the Ravens to have the size to matchup with todays runners and receivers, seem to have caught the ear of Ravens staff who are in a position to select team players, this is a positive step for the team's future. Keep that type of thinking and hope that it can spread thruout this organization. Yeah!

And you think everything is going to be alright? John? Cam? Joe? well now lets come to grips with how much does Cam really care about Joe Flacco? please stay tuned for an updated explanation from coach Harbaugh about Joe and his bad attitude not fitting Cams great playcalling skills, and how Harbaugh did everything for Flacco who just let all of his teamates down, Looks like the finger will be out and pointing in the wrong direction, Again!

And you wonder how they do it with a straight face? Well it's real easy when you can always pull the i did everything possiable to make him happy and he still figured out how to fail me act, But the lingering question is who will continue to allow this song and dance from this coach? and no one be held accountable? The future is based on how we plan, or not, today. So the margin for success is very narrow even under ideal conditions? makes you wonder about the saying you can lead the horse to water? It just don't add up?

What up with the Ravens? Are they shopping for a Qb? will this coach do to this Qb what the Steelers Defense couldn't? Why is this not a done deal with this contract? wonder what or who is the holdup on this? It can't be John Harbaugh he just knows how smart and good Joe Flacco is and he loves him man! It can't be Cam he loves Joe Flacco more than anyone and will be taking a more active role in the game this time? Good thing for you Joe? With these two watching your back Joe i feel like a contract is the least of your concerns you need to be worried about, cause this is what they call La-misery.

Hey Joe how ya doing man that John and Cam really really know what they are doing when it comes to getting the most out of your teams ability right? don't answer Joe cause you will be the one they point their fingers at, To Late!

Did i say that? this have got to stop no more fans and writers asking questions about things Cam and Coach can't or won't do, months before Cam and Coach can or won't even try to do it, wonder what's up with that? Maybe they just can't do it Bottom line!

What if i had to eat crow? for my concerns about the Ravens coaching staff? it would be like the weatherman calling for rain and it snowed you will still get wet. Lets hope i'm wrong and the weatherman is right, cause the fog will hide a lot, but wait until the middle of this season and you will have your measure of this coaching staffs ability. Charming!

Hope you were reading what i had to say because guess what? It's no joke this thing seems to be playing out like my forecast on this teams coaching staff,It seems as if the players are getting themselves up to play the 500 or better teams and can't find the motivation or coaching to play a team with a losing record but you know who gets the blame?

Will T-Rex make it hard for John and Cam? Can the Ravens win in spite of them? Defense! Defense! Defense!

Now heres where it gets real tough for me to explain how i knew that this was going to end up being just as i said it would be for the Ravens. I have expressed concern since Feb.4th 2011 about this, But somehow it went unnoticed for 9 months? Who can fix this Steve? Ozzie? John? Cam? you pick the fix.

Just wake up the nightmare will be over? Tried that still seeing the Ravens getting the rug pulled from under their feet by this coaching staff in broad daylight, wish it was me who had to eat crow for the things i was concerned about this Ravens coaching staff 9 months ago,but it all seems to be playing out just as i predicted. For all the Ravens Fans we know that this is a better team than what this coaching staffs has shown and maybe someone who is in charge will step up and address this problem before the whole season and team is lost,Wonder how i knew this?

What happens next will blow your mind, after losing last week the head coach said the same thing we are moving foward, yea with that deer in headlight look to a below 500 team, from me all i can say is Come on Man! Hey John! Hey Cam! are you serious we just can't keep moving to next week the season is half over just start coaching this team with some common sense and a game plan oops! here i go again expecting way more than you and Cam are able to do. So maybe i should start basteing the bird now i guess cause thanksgiving is right around the corner and the way you and Cam are setting the Ravens up we are seeing what a bird looks like stuffed and served sliced up by you and Cam, you won't mind if i pass on what you serve up for Dec. Hey Joe if you get your hands on the wishbone please ask for someone who can bring what this team needs a head coach and oc. happy thanksgiving Ravens.

Now for the upside of this do not adjust your tv for those who know about the Outer Limits tv show you can count on not knowing what to expect, but in the case of John and Cam on the sidelines facing another below 500 team this is something from the Twilight Zone you go to sleep knowing that your team is better but you can't escape the nightmare walking on your sidelines as the game counts down quarter by quarter you just can't get your hands on the light switch to prove to yourself that this is really just a nightmare written and directed by John and Cam and we know that what they show in the movies is not real, so relax and wake up knowing that this was just a bad dream about to be countinued The browns watched what those other below 500 team was able to do to the John and Cams production of how to get your qb to run for his life and if he don't make it blame him, so just keep your eyes shut and before you can say why? Come On Man! you will be headed into nexts weeks game ok Coach?

Ravens shock Chargers with Ray Rice attack reads the pregame headlines But you have to remember that this Coaching staff will figure out how to implode this team no matter how good this team could become, These concerns have been mentioned so many times in the past and yet no one seems to take notice or speak out on this,Oh yeah! Ray Rice was shocked to find out how little coach and Cam wanted to get the most out of what the Ravens should be doing and thats running the ball from the first to the fourth quarter, Now lets hear how well this get explained to the press so you will walk away from the coach's explanation scratching your head and wondering did you just leave the Twilight Zone? or are you stuck in it? Hey John and Cam when you get back to Charm City how about you and Cam stop by and we can talk about who we can blame while we roast some snowballs over the campfire that should taste as good as this loss seasoned with lots of Harbaugh and Cameron? or maybe this would be a great time to have them (Chopped)and then we can have some Rice for real?

Anyway you serve it Rice is good unless its left sitting out then we can watch a very good team go bad must have something to do with who could order the Rice and Running cause it seems like John and Cam don't have a clue in Charm City? maybe next year (right)!

Well now these two guys that are writing about the Ravens are really starting to get to some of the fans about how Cam and John are not what the Ravens need to move to the next level seems to be playing out that way, To bad it's true Charm City!

As they used to say on the intro to the tonight show hearees Johnny! I welcome you Jim to this team, but you will find it's not the lack of smarts thats ailing this team it the lack of ability to make adjustments and use what you are strong at so when will you take the helm?
