Courtesy of AP Photo/Wilfredo Lee This week’s waiver wire treasures are plentiful.  Injuries and benching’s open up the possibility of acquiring a player that just might be the missing link you need to dominate. I have some considerations for you. Quarterback Ryan Tannehill The sophomore pro is off to a solid start in 2013; if he had a little better blocking he would have even better numbers. Tannehill finally got Mike Wallace involved in the offense last week and has a promising match-up versus a Falcons pass defense that has given up 709 passing yards and five touchdown throws. The Dolphins are off to a 3-0 start and it looks like they are for real. Even though the jury is out on Tannehill’s full value, he remains a quality fantasy QB2. I might even bench Colin Kaepernick, and slide Tannehill in the QB1 slot this week. Running Back Jason Snelling As long as Steven Jackson is out, you can expect Snelling to have a bigger — though still limited — backfield role. Snelling carried the ball 11 times for 53 yards and caught four passes (five targets) for 58 yards with a touchdown in Sunday’s loss at Miami. He is racking up points as a receiver out of the backfield (averaging 32.8 receptions over the past four seasons), and played 30 of the Falcons’ 65 snaps in Week 2, and in addition to an 11-yard rushing score, he gathered 60 total yards on just six touches. Running backs are going to be a headache all season, here’s some pain killer. Wide Receiver Stephen Hill Hill (knee) had three catches for 108 yards, as well as a 51-yard touchdown, in the Jets’ Sunday win over Buffalo. Hill made the most of his five targets. He’s beginning to develop into a big-play threat and could be worth fantasy contemplation in Week 4 at Tennessee. Watch out, the winds of change are blowing in New York, and Geno Smith has a rhythm with Hill. Tight End Zach Miller Miller is not the most athletic of tight ends, but he has a nose for the end zone. The Seahawks are growing more and more powerful on offense each week, and Miller is separating himself as one of Russell Wilson’s favorite targets. Take a long look at Miller, its go time. Flex Ted Ginn I can’t believe this, but I am writing about Ted Ginn. Ginn trapped three passes for 71 yards and a touchdown Sunday against the Giants. Ginn also added an 11-yard rush in the Panthers winning effort. The veteran wide-out looks as if he has been  revitalized in Carolina, and has now scored a touchdown of 40 yards or more in successive games, giving quarterback Cam Newton a workable deep threat. He is a serious flex consideration. D/ST Kansas City D/ST The Kansas City Chiefs have racked up 54 fantasy points so far this year, and they terrorized a Philadelphia Eagles offense that had been dismantling defenses up until that point. It’s clear the Chiefs have found a new groove with Andy Reid at the helm. Go to the waiver wire and sign up the Chiefs. Kicker Steven Hauschka Steven Hauschka is the kicker to look at “Off the Wire” this week. The Seahawks move the ball, they force turnovers, and they put their savvy kicker in positions to score – a lot. Thank you for checking out: Off The Wire: Week 4! Dolphins QB Ryan Tannehill is my MVP after three weeks

A most valuable player is someone that means more to his team, than any other player.  When I look at the NFL after three weeks, I see several players who have been amazing, one being Peyton Manning and LeSean McCoy, but you have to look at who is around them.  Ryan Tannehill of the Dolphins […]

Following Week Two’s horrible performance by the receivers, the offense put six dropped passes and one fumble behind them. The New York Jets aerial attack produced 331 yards led by second-year receiver Stephen Hill who enjoyed a career day against the Buffalo Bills.

Miami Dolphins News: QB Ryan Tannehill on pace for NFL fumble record

The Miami Dolphins find themselves as one of the leagues few remaining unbeaten teams after three weeks behind the leadership of second-year quarterback Ryan Tannehill. However well Tannehill has played this season, he’s currently on pace to set an NFL record he likely would not want his name associated with. While Tannehill has thrown just two interceptions so far this season...
