The Cowboys challenged Donovan McNabb's 11-yard touchdown throw to tight end Brent Celek, saying the Philadelphia quarterback had gone beyond the line of scrimmage before throwing. Referee Walt Coleman reviewed the play and upheld the call. According to Coleman, McNabb had his right foot behind the line. For the penalty to be called, the passer's entire body must be beyond the line of scrimmage.
