I recall hating I know a bad term but yes I disliked the following teams

Oakland, Pittsburg , Minnesota   Vikings  the Vikings why, they beat my all time favorite at the Time and showing my age the LA Rams. and QB Roman Gabriel .

Now I wonder why, they were pretty good teams and because I was young and foolish ,I missed out watching some great games...

I think we can ad my favorite blog term, Bandwagon jumpers, wins bring more of these BJ's why, in my research of watching people they seem to only root for the  winners?

Now did I say I love losing, aww NO ,  Isn't the L word attached to some sports?

I see  so many who whine when their favorite team loses , me I have learned to get over it, why what are you going to do about?

Oregon lost to Stanford university Thursday night and  I still hear the complaining . and its been how long since that loss?

So see in having the attitude I had for these teams I missed out of some really great games ,but who's fault was that,, Mine.

  • I like all three of those teams Kellyscott and I'll tell ya why bro. In the early 70's to mid 70's I bought a lot of football cards. They were only 10 cents a pack. I remember the excitement of opening up a pack of topps football and pulling out a Fran Tarkenton card. I remember when Minnesota played in the snow storms. It seemed like Minnesota had as many pro football cards as Pittsburgh. Oakland was a great team under John Madden. Al Davis is a legend. Great players and great football cards. I have them all.
