Despite a valiant effort by Taylor Martinez, above, and the Huskers turnovers were the difference between the Buckeyes and Nebraska on Saturday night. Taylor Martinez threw three interceptions on the day but only threw on touchdown. Martinez was slippery in the pocket scrambling for 40 yards including the above 9 yard touchdown run.
Ohio State’s Braxton Miller led the Buckeyes with 185 yards rushing including a 72 yard rushing touchdown. Junior running back Carlos Hyde had four touchdowns on the night. Special teams also got in the endzone with the below 76 yard punt return by Philly Brown. Ohio State completes today with a 6-0 record and as the B1G’s only undefeated team.

There are quite a few games remaining in the college football season, but I’m confident Ohio State freshman quarterback Cardale Jones has already locked up the award for most idiotic tweet of the year. Many students in college don’t like going to class. Some classes, particularly the general education ones everyone has to take freshman year, can be quite boring. But that is all...
The Ohio State University Marching Band performed an incredible video game themed show at halftime 10/6/12 against Nebraska. Tetris, Space Invaders -- all your favorites were there. The horse at... Full story at Bob's Blitz ~ http://www.bobsblitz.com
Braxton Miller rushed for 186 yards, zig-zagging 72 yards for one score and passing for another, to lead No. 12 Ohio State past No. 21 Nebraska 63-38 on Saturday night before the largest crowd ever at Ohio Stadium.
Miller broke his own QB rushing mark at Ohio State (6-0, 2-0 Big Ten). Corey Brown returned a punt 76 yards for a TD, Bradley Roby brought back an interception 41 yards...
Ohio State freshman quarterback Cardale Jones hasn't taken a snap in a game, but he found a way to make some news Friday morning.
Jones took to Twitter to share his belief that "classes are pointless."
The full tweet, which has since been deleted, as well as Jones' account, is below:
After Ohio State coach Urban Meyer's first official team meeting on Jan. 3...
Kids say the darnedest things. Division I football players say an even darneder things. Ohio State quarterback Cardale Jones recently shared his thoughts on education requirements for student-athletes, and, needless to say, it wasn't good for the Buckeyes' public relations department. Jone asked, "Why should we have to go to class if we came here to play football? We...
James Quick was one of the many unofficial visitors at Ohio State over the weekend as the Buckeyes 63-38 win over Nebraska. Quick, one Louisville’s top targets in the 2013 class was apparently very impressed with what he saw in Columbus.
“They’re now sitting right there at the top with Louisville,” Quick tells Jody Demling of CardinalAuthority.com
Louisville and Ohio State...
What was supposed to be a big time matchup between Ohio State and Nebraska turned into a big time butt kicking as the Buckeyes took down the Huskers 63-38 at the Horseshoe. Who knew the Big Ten could go all sorts of Big 12 on you, right?
Is it safe to say the Buckeyes are the best of the "Honoring Legends, Building Leaders" bunch? Um, 63 points would tell you yes...
I have a hard time killing the kid for feeling this way, but tweeting “we ain’t come to play SCHOOL” is pretty dumb on a number of levels. From The Huffington Post:
Cardale Jones, the third-string quarterback for the Ohio State Buckeyes, doesn’t understand what the heck he’s doing going to classes and having to learn things at college.
“Why should we have to go to class...
The Ohio St. band is earning high praise for their halftime tribute to classic video games during yesterday's 63 - 38 blowout of Nebraska. Band geeks showing their love of video games. College...

In preparing for its game on Saturday night against No. 21 Nebraska and quarterback Taylor Martinez, Ohio State found the perfect surrogate.
The 12th-ranked Buckeyes (5-0, 1-0 Big Ten) didn't have to go far to find someone with Martinez's acceleration, vision, lane-changing speed and knack for lengthy touchdown runs.
He was just across the line of scrimmage: quarterback...
