The irony is this. Marian Hossa got a 5 minute major for shoving Dan Hamhuis from behind into the boards. The question is should he have gotten a game misconduct as well? The answer is probably yes though some would disagree. What became the cruelest stroke of happenstance is the simple fact that Hossa got out of the penalty box and promptly scored the game winning goal in a 5-4 win for Chicago that pushes Nashville to the brink of elimination. Yes there is still a Game 6 to be played but a loss like that is generally a deathnail for most teams and may be for Nashville to be fair. Okay here is some video.
