The Milwaukee Brewers had an MVP on their roster in 2011, they also landed another MVP to work with them in 2012: Green Bay Packers Quarterback Aaron Rodgers.
In February, the Brewers and Aaron Rodgers joined forces to film a series of television spots promoting the 2012 Brewers. Numerous players appeared in the spots, including the Brewers 2011 National League MVP Ryan Braun.
Five spots include Rodgers, while several others feature only Brewers players.
The first of the five Rodgers spots – “3-Step Drop” – was released today, along with several other Brewers 2012 television commercials (“Translation,” “Big Numbers” and “Radio Control”). Approximately every three weeks, a new spot featuring Rodgers will be released.
“We have established a partnership with Aaron Rodgers, and these television spots showcase Aaron’s wit and sense of humor,” said Brewers Chief Operating Officer Rick Schlesinger.
The spot released today (3-Step Drop) features an unusual pitching delivery by Rodgers w

The new baseball season means new commercials. One of my favorites (so far) comes from the Milwaukee Brewers who, having lost some of Ryan Braun's swagger and Prince Fielder to the Detroit Tigers are relying on a familiar face...Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers. And I'm going to tell you...dude doesn't look too shabby on the hill for the Brew Crew.Below is the...
Ever wonder how Aaron Rodgers would throw a baseball? Well, wonder no more.On the last day of February, the Green Bay Packers quarterback visited the Milwaukee Brewers' Arizona spring training complex to film a commercial promoting the sale of Brewers tickets. On Tuesday, the first results of that day spent filming and shagging flies and greeting his friends on the team were...
Aaron Rodgers looks pretty good on the mound for Milwaukee. The Brew Crew could use a little bump after losing Prince Fielder and the Ryan Braun situation.
Rodgers looks pretty legit as a Major League pitcher.

Here are how quarterbacks finished in fantasy rankings the last 3 years. There isn’t too much that sticks out here which is what we are actually looking for! Boring consistency!! Aaron Rodgers and Drew Brees are easily the most consistent quarterbacks for the last 3 years. That consistency gives them a little boost in where you’ll want to draft them.
I am lessening my hard line...
Now that Prince Fielder left the Milwaukee Brewers and Ryan Braun was at the center of a steroid investigation, the Brewers marketing team turned to Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers for ticket sales in the 2012 season!
The Milwaukee Brewers have a gigantic following, pulling in over 3 million fans for the 2011 season but when it comes to popularity in the great state of Wisconsin, no one tops the Green Bay Packers. In a tacit acknowledgement of that—and of the loss of Prince Fielder and the luster off Ryan Braun at the moment—the team turned to the Packers' MVP QB Aaron Rodgers for a commercial...
New documentary will reopen old wounds for Packers fans
It’s hard to believe over four years have passed since Brett Favre announced his “retirement” from the Packers. It seems like only yesterday, but in reality, so much has happened since then.
Favre trashed the organization that rescued him from Atlanta and paid him over $100 million. General manager Ted Thompson traded...
Aaron Rodgers. Tom Brady. Eli and Peyton Manning. Drew Brees. Baltimore Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco and his agent believe he’s right there with the elite class of NFL quarterbacks. Flacco’s agent, Joe Linta, created a stir in February when he said Flacco should be considered a top-five quarterback based on wins and losses. Flacco took it one step further Tuesday, telling...
