Photo via http://ladiesdotdotdot.wordpress.com     Another one bites the dust.     Monday morning, Bruins head Coach Claude Julien revealed that winger Daniel Paille, who hasn't played since the 8th of December, has been dealing with concussion symptoms. The injury, which was previously listed as an "upper body injury", was a rather stealthy one, seeing as nobody really knows what play in the game against Toronto caused the 6'1" Welland, Ontario native to hurt his head.      Paille, who has registered three goals and two assists on the season, including one short-handed goal, means a lot more to the B's than just the points that he puts up on the board. Paille is a smart, and motivated player, who can be used in practically any situation. He's also a key part of the Bruins penalty kill, and has yet to take a single penalty all season.     There's no timetable yet as to when Danny will return.
