I'm not one for adorning my body with tattoos for the sports teams I love but hey, that's what works for some people. However, one New England Patriots fan might want to reconsider his decision to feature this tattoo of Pat the Patriot on his body canvas. There's bad tattoos and then there are BAD tattoos, this one is HORRENDOUS. First off, it looks like Pat was drawn by an epileptic blind toddler. Secondly, SOMEONE PAID MONEY TO HAVE THIS PUT ON HIS BODY!?!?! Yikes. Just YIKES.  This doesn't show that you're a fan, this is NOT how you support a championship-caliber team. Bill Belichick is GREATLY disappointed in you.  [BSO]

Bill Belichick Knocked Brandon Lloyd Down In A Practice Drill

During ball control drill, Lloyd was knocked to the ground by Belichick. — Jeff Howe (@jeffphowe) January 17, 2013 A.B. Well that pretty much shuts up all the Belichick-getting-ready-to-retire conspiracy theorists. 60 year old Belichick just laid out a near 1,000 yard receiver in practice, just days before the Patriots/Ravens AFC Championship game. I’ll take a coach participating...

Patriots defense had worst game of season vs. Ravens

If there’s one point I think Bill Belichick might be hammering home this week is just how...

Belichick's passion and commitment are Patriots' foundation

Boston Heralds' writer Jeff Howe wrote a fantastic article for Friday's paper about New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick. Definitely give it a read if you can; "Preparing for success: Pats follow lead of Belichick with unmatched passion for study". The article explains something that fans have always known, yet sometimes don't think twice about. Bill...

Belichick: End of half a point of emphasis vs. Ravens

The final minutes -- or just minute -- of each half will be at a premium when the New England Patriots host the Baltimore Ravens Sunday in the AFC Championship game. After jumping out to a pretty nice 17-3 lead with just over three minutes to go in the second quarter of a victory over the Houston Texans last week, the Patriots allowed the Texans to score 10 points inside the two...

Bill Belichick is the reason Ray Lewis ended up with the Ravens

In his Friday 10 Spot, ESPN’s Adam Schefter did a great job of breaking down how if it wasn’t for Patriots’ head coach Bill Belichick, linebacker Ray Lewis wouldn’t have been drafted  by the Ravens. Belichick was the Browns’ head coach in 1995, when Cleveland traded a No. 1 pick to San Francisco in exchange for several picks. The 49ers used the 10th overall pick, which...

Bill Belichick 18-7 Postseason Record Trumps John Harbaugh (7-4)

Bill Belichick is 18-7 in the postseason and 5-2 in his career against the Baltimore Ravens.

No coaching carousels for Patriots, Ravens

Bill Belichick has this nice habit. He coaches in Super Bowls. John Harbaugh has established an impressive trend, too: winning playoff games. When they face off Sunday for the second straight year in the AFC championship, Belichick's Patriots and Harbaugh's Ravens will offer further proof of the value of stability. No coaching carousels in New England and Baltimore. Belichick...

Bill Belichick, Patriots Well Aware of What’s at Stake As AFC Championship Trophy Makes Appearance at Gillette Stadium (Photos)

FOXBORO, Mass. — The Patriots seem focused and ready to host yet another AFC Championship Game this weekend at Gillette Stadium. On Wednesday, the team even got a reminder of exactly what they will be playing for on Sunday as the championship trophy was on display inside the stadium. The Lamar Hunt Trophy, which is awarded to the AFC champion each year, was front and center during...

Bill Belichick gives indistinct injury update on Chandler Jones

When asked today by the media for an injury update on Patriots' DE Chandler Jones' ankle, Bill Belichick gave a very vague statement that unfortunately didn't say much on Jones' status. From ESPN Boston: "We do the same thing with every player. Any players that are in for treatment yesterday and today, well everybody was in yesterday, but the guys who got...

Ayanbadejo: Tweets about Pats 'bit me in the butt'

Baltimore Ravens linebacker Brendon Ayanbadejo went on a Twitter rant while watching the New England Patriots playoff victory over the Houston Texans last weekend, which he now regrets. Coach John Harbaugh caught wind of Ayanbadejo's tweets, one of them he called the Patriots' quick-snap offense a gimmick, and asked to have a conversation with the key special-teams player...

Brian Daboll’s Return to Patriots, Raises Eyebrows About Futures of Josh McDaniels, Bill Belichick

Right around the time when Bill O’Brien was announced as the next head coach at Penn State last January, Josh McDaniels not so coincidentally made his return to the Patriots’ coaching staff. Might they be dealing with déjà vu, just one year later? Bill Belichick announced the return of former Patriots assistant coach Brian Daboll (2000-2006) to the coaching staff, during his...

Doc Rivers Watched Patriots’ Win Over Texans From Bill Belichick’s Luxury Box, Showed His Superstitious Side

BOSTON — When Doc Rivers leaves the basketball arena or practice court, he passes straight into the realm of fandom. With the Celtics, Rivers is a rational individual who understands that winning and losing has everything to do with the gameplan and execution, and nothing to do with whether he wears his lucky tie or took the same route to work as he did the last time the Celtics...
