New England Patriots
New Orleans Saints
Good evening, everyone. Well to simply put it, today sucked. The New England Patriots were not ready to play on the road against the Cincinnati Bengals. While both defenses played exceptionally well, Cincy had the edge in essentially every category, and that’s why they came out on top.
The first half was really boring to watch. I had a tough time even getting the game on because I live in New Jersey and the game wasn’t on TV. Luckily firstrowsports.eu was there for me but it’s not like I missed anything important. My apologies if you consider a bunch of 3 and outs by both teams in the first quarter important. Towards the end of the quarter, Andy Dalton threw a pick to Brandon Spikes in the redzone (first time he’s done that this season). But Tom Brady and the Patriots couldn’t take advantage. The Bengals then responded in the 2nd quarter with a lot of passing plays, many of which that went to guess who? Yup, AJ Green. But thankfully, the New England’s defense held them to a 39 y...
BEST OF MAXIM
When Kenny Britt came out of college, he was one of the most prolific wide outs in college football. Britt has had an interesting past, with a rap sheet that keeps growing. Well Kenny Britt honestly needs a change of scenery because the kid can play. He is not being used right now, and has […]

Tom Brady is on pace to have by far the worst statistical season of his 13-year career as the New England Patriots starting quarterback.
So at the age of 36, is Brady finally beginning to decline? The numbers indicate it's possible, because his completion percentage, touchdown percentage, yards per attempt and passer rating all dropped off last season and seem to be...
Tom Brady's streak of touchdown passes ended in a driving rain against a defense that's gotten good at shutting down some of the league's best.
BenJarvus Green-Ellis ran 1 yard in the fourth quarter for the game's only touchdown, and the Cincinnati Bengals ended Brady's long TD streak on Sunday in a 13-6 victory over the previously unbeaten New England Patriots...
Patriots quarterback Tom Brady failed to throw a touchdown pass for the first time in 52 games Sunday against the Bengals.Fantasy Spin:The return of Danny Amendola did not cure New England's passing woes, as Brady completed 18-of-38 for 197 yards with one interception. Brady has had difficulty developing a rapport with his new receiving targets this season and it has caused him...
Hats off to the Bengals defense. They stopped quarterback Tom Brady from doing something he's done in 52 straight games. Throw a touchdown pass.
The Patriots had an abyssmal day on offense, being not only held without a touchdown but futhermore they were held to only 248 total yards.
Brady in particular had a terrible 52.2 passer rating, completing just 47% of his passes while...

The Patriots’ offense hasn’t exactly been producing at the same levels as in years past, and Tom Brady will be the first one to explain why.
“We’re not executing at the level we need to execute at,” Brady said during his weekly appearance on WEEI’s Dennis and Callahan Morning Show. “We scored six points. We really haven’t played well, up to our capabilities all season...
New Orleans Saints QB Drew Brees and New England Patriots QB Tom Brady both saw some long running streaks come to an end on Sunday. Both players were on the road. Brees was trying to break his own record while Brady was trying to continue his assault on a touchdown record.
Drew Brees tied his own record last week, throwing for 300 or more yards in his ninth consecutive game. After...

The defense did it's part, but Tom Brady and the Patriots offense were unable to help them out as the Patriots lost their first game of the season, 13-6.
Things got interesting late, as a 53 yard catch and run from Aaron Dobson set up the Patriots first red zone opportunity late in the fourth quarter. The drive stalled at the one yard line...
Predict the future: When do the undefeated Patriots lose their first game of the season?
Raj:It's hard to say considering Tom Brady is finding ways to win with no-name receivers. I can't see them losing to Cincinnati. You could make the case for New Orleans but since the game is at Foxboro, I think the Patriots have it under control. If they keep up the good work, they...
It was Opposite Day in Patriots land as the Pats lost to the Bengals by a final score of 13-6. Strangely, it was the offense that failed to live up to expectations, while the defense did all it could to keep the team in the game.
We'll start with the bad and end with the good to keep things a little positive.
Tom Brady and the offense was awful. Yes, there were some...
Tom Brady might finally have a receiver he was actually throwing to fairly often last year.
Star tight end and all around party animal Rob Gronkowski is expected to finally return to the field after sitting out the first five weeks recovering from back and multiple forearm surgeries.
Per league source, Rob Gronkowski is expected to be cleared this week and it is likely he will...
This week's offense performance by Tom Brady and the Patriots offense was one that we would all like to forget. However, with the week after a loss always feeling a lot longer, there is plenty of time for team to feel the heat. Former Patriot and fan-favorite Troy Brown gave his take on the loss during a CSNNE broadcast:
“You can’t really look at the past few weeks because...
We all have difficult decisions to make when setting our line up for the week. Getting into situations where you aren’t sure who to play can eat at you all week all the way up to kick off – going back and forth – for this reason or that reason. “Did I pick the right person!?” “Ahhhhhhh!! What do I do?!” Sometimes playing your match ups can serve you well when trying...
